  • Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over $100. The discount will be automatically applied at checkout.

  • Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are based on the weight and destination of your order. These fees will be calculated at checkout.

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that during peak times, processing may take longer. While we make every effort to meet this timeframe, delivery times may exceed the usual processing time due to high order volumes, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Delivery Method: We primarily offer ground delivery for all orders. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

  • Customer Responsibility for Address Accuracy: Please ensure that all information provided during checkout, including your shipping address, is accurate. Bark Nest is not responsible for any orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

  • Carrier Delays: While we make every effort to ship your order on time, we cannot control delays once the package is with the carrier. Carrier delays, such as those caused by weather conditions, holidays, or high demand, are beyond our control, and we cannot issue refunds or replacements for delayed shipments.

  • Refused or Undelivered Packages: If a package is refused or undeliverable, it will be returned to us. In such cases, we can either resend the order at the customer's expense or issue a refund for the item, excluding the original shipping charges. We are not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect address information or refusal by the customer.

  • Missing or Lost Orders: If your order is missing or you believe it has been lost, please contact us at info@barknest.com immediately. We will work with you to track your order, investigate the issue, and provide a solution. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item or resolve an order discrepancy, please follow the guidelines below:

  • Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at info@barknest.com. Due to our quick processing system, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been processed for shipment. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@barknest.com. We will arrange for a return or exchange, and we may require you to provide photos of the damage for verification. Damaged items must be returned in their original packaging. Normal wear and tear is not eligible.

  • Order Discrepancies: If there are discrepancies with your order, such as missing items or incorrect items caused by an error on our part, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package. We will promptly investigate and resolve the issue. However, if discrepancies are due to customer errors, such as incorrect items being added to the order, we are not responsible for the mistake.

  • Return Conditions: We will not accept returns for used items. All returned items must be unused, with original tags and packaging. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be processed. Normal wear and tear does not qualify for a return or refund.

  • We offer a 14-day refund policy from the date of delivery for incorrect, defective items, or issues with your order.

  • If you simply don’t like the product, we accept returns within 14 days, as long as the item is unused, in its original condition, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging.

  • Returns will not be accepted and refunds will not be issued for items past the 14-day window.

  • Please do not send items back to the address on the shipping label. To begin the return process, email us first with your order details. We will provide you with return instructions and authorization.

  • Refunds will not be issued for items that have been used or are not in their original condition, including tags attached and in original packaging.
